Mini animal fabric strips

Mini versions of my animal fabric strips. There is a choice of six strips: woodland mammals, garden butterflies, spring birds, robins, puffins and penguins.

Each strip measures approximately 2 x 20 inches (5.8 x 50.8 cm) and all have 10 images. The penguin, woodland mammals, garden butterflies and Spring birds have 9 different images plus another repeated image which varies between strips. The puffins strip has 6 different images and the robin strip has 3 different images.

Mini strips can be used for mini patchwork, mini epp, applique, card making, embroidery and many other textile art projects. Each image is place centrally in an approximately 2 inch square and has ample room surrounding for a 1/4 inch seam. I have used these squares for epp using 3/4 inch sided paper templates.

The fabric is 100% organic cotton sateen and the background is white. They can be washed at 30 degrees, preferably in a cotton bag or pillow case to reduce fraying. The fabric will shrink by approximately 1/4 inch after the first wash.
